I can honestly say that Sue was amazing. She took real care and attention to listen to mine and my daughters wishes and anxieties about previous disastrous haircuts at other salons. She spent at least 1/2 hour with us a week before, explaining what she could offer and how she would address each of our wishes. She was very kind but most of all she listened and paid attention. Finally, on the day of our haircuts; she did exactly what we wanted and all 3 of us left feeling great and reassured and with lovely new hairstyles. I’m just about to book my next appointment because I was so happy with the last cut. Sue managed to restore our faith in having a haircut. And her products are amazing too!

Visited Sue after winning a voucher locally for a Cut & Finish. Wowww! I wish I’d known about Nasus Hair before!! Sue did an incredible job of turning my very long frazzled hair, into luscious, layered bouncy healthy hair again! 😍 I will absolutely be back. I almost cried I was so happy! I had to give her a hug - she’s incredibly talented and the salon was beautiful. Love the coco Chanel quote in the bathroom ❤️
